John is so excited! He finally got his dream of owning his very own John Deere tractor. Do you see that smile on his face?? I think if I had to put a caption on this photo, it would say "Pinch Me! I'm dreaming!" Man! We are so blessed.As soon as the tractor was delivered, John started it up and attached the trailer and the kids hopped in for a fun tractor ride around our neighborhood and on our land. They had a blast!
Up our hill into our pasture. Our neighbor's 3 horses didn't know what to think.
Up to the barn to visit the critters up there. The llamas and goats were a bit unnerved by the big green machine, but Baby Doll, my horse, wasn't fazed in the slightest.
(Click photo for a larger image)Then they drove off to cruise the neighborhood. It's been in the 70's the last few days with sunshine. If it wasn't for the wind, it would feel fully like Spring was here.

Congratulations! I used to love riding around in the cart behind my grandpa's tractor. Logan got to ride in a cart behind a tractor yesterday and loved it.
A John Deere, how cool is that! I've always wanted one of those too. Maybe someday...... lol

Christy, I, too used to ride behind my Dad's tractor as a kid and it was so much fun. But I have to admit I was the one who didn't think we needed a tractor here, but now that we have one, I see the benefits. The kids can't wait to invite their friends over to go for tractor rides. haha
