Goat House? Goat Coop?

Last time I checked, this house and coop were built for the chickens. Who's this moving in?
Moon Pie goes everywhere with us around the ranch. We rarely even use the leash anymore. He seems to know our routine and happily runs behind or beside us, wiggling his tail gleefully all the way. I usually give him his morning bottle while I sit in the coop drinking my tea and communing with our chickens. And after he's done, he likes to explore and run around. This time, one of our brown leghorns was on her way to lay an egg and experienced a 'bottle-neck'.
"Move outta the way, buddy! I'm in a hurry to get to the egg 'hospital' (I'd actually be having a baby, if there were a rooster around!)
Moon Pie also enjoys climbing up the juniper tree snag 'chicken playground'. He climbs up and then hops off. Our girls are so laid back that not even a boinging goat fazes them.

OMG - you live in paradise. Moon Pie is so sweet and I love how he follows you everywhere, even w/o a leash now. I'm amazed that your hens had so little issue with this furry beast roaming around their property! :-)

Hi farmgirl and Christy,

Don't be jealous. If you dream it, it will happen. Just keep dreaming and planning!

Moon pie is such a love. I had absolutely no idea that goats could have such loving, affectionate personalities, more like dogs than livestock.

Only problem I can see, depending upon how you look at it, is that one day, Moon Pie will need to go live with the other goats, sheep and llamas in the barn.
I can't imagine how he will take it right now, as he would rather be with us than any other creatures.
