We're really feeling the love around here.
Cataleya may not appreciate hugs (she prefers cheek scratches) but she'll tolerate a bit of hugging.

I've never hugged a llama but I bet it's a nice soft furry one.
I did hug my dog today though.
Have a geat weekend Lisa.
As a matter of fact, yes, I hugged my llama today! But I had to laugh, cause it's the same thing here... our girl llama will tolerate some hugs, but the guy says NO WAY.
LOL, funny Lisa! The last picture looks like he is saying just what you had him say...and looks like he may be getting ready to spit! Love his comma ears! You have some really cute animals in your zoo, a constant source of entertainment!!!

What a wonderful post, a hug would be nice!!!!
Very cute Llama pictures!
I've only hugged a cat or 2 so far. Didn't get to hug the horses because it is still pouring down rain!
great photo! gotta love hugs!
I want to hug a llama! *pout*
What adorable pics! Lovely post I enjoyed it very much!
Gotta love those llamas!!
I bet you can't wait to take them out trekking this summer, eh??
Hope that you are feeling less uncertain about panonies today. Just remember that none of us will judge you (I hope!!) if you decide to not ride a gain. I know people who were injured and decided that it was not worth the risk. Most of them are still are involved with horses, and two of them have ponies that they drive.
I just want you to know that I understand where you are coming from, and I know that you will make the best choice for you and your family when the time comes. :)
Take care!!!
Really?! But he's so huggable! Must be a male macho image thing, he's got going on.
Thanks for sharing these photos, I've been missing the llamas!
No I didn't hug them but I scratched one's bum...does that count?
I'm not big on Llamas so I'll save my hugfs for my horses. Hugged my horse, Dani, today and brushed her and brushed her and brushed her and still the hair keeps coming! Dani's mommy won't stand still for a hug. Infact if I want to brush her I have to halter her and bribe her with a treat!
I'd still rather try to sneak up and hug her than hug a Llama. No offense, they're just not one of my favorite animals. It may be the spitting and hissing thing.

I would hug mine every day if I had one. The photos are so adorable.
I am glad to hug if they don't spit! Your horses must be fine with the llama's, but most do NOT like them. We have had some interesting times passing by them on rides! LoL not Jesse though....he loves all "friends"!
Oh My God I want a llama sooooo baddddd!!!!! I'll buy one of yours if that cute little boy comes with it! I really miss my kids when they were young.
I would love to hug a llama! They are so fuzzy.
Lisa, your female llama is so cool! Lovely to see her soft side too! Didn't hug a llama today as there are none here, but Sheba and I have done plenty of kissing!
Definitely very huggable!
I hugged a couple of goats today. No llamas.
I would hug a llama in a heartbeat, but my DH won't let me have one!
Oh Llama hugs!! So sweet!! LOL, Catlinite, that is funny!! Did you get your llamas when they were younger? I think you have posted about it before, but I don't remember!
I would LOVE to hug a llama!! Look at how the neck just kind of bends right around you! cool
I have been trying to hug my horse lately, hehe, and tuesday she wasn't too opposed to it. I just don't want to get wacked in the mouth again like my big dog did over the weekend. Don't need another busted lip!!
I rescued a llama once, got it shots - and gelded (or whatever you call it with llamas) and arranged for it to go to a neighbor - he young, vet said not a year old yet, was black - I called him Freddy.
He was found wondering out on the outskirts of Spokane, no one knew what to do, no one claimed him, so I grabbed my trailer showed up and packed him home. He was skinny. Poor guy.
But now he guards a small group of horses.
I swore to myself that someday I would get one for myself. Maybe this year? Who knows!
ahh what a precious pic...the furries look so cuddly and soft.
how i would love to be there to pet on them ^..^
I've been pricing some llama's but don't think I can swing it. I can get a white guard donkey for $150. Would love to have a couple of llama's, to hug.
i think i'd like to pet a llama, but hugging one? hmmm.. ok, i'm dying to know, what would he do if you hugged him?!?
~lytha, who's never seen a llama in this land (alpacas, yes!)

I have to say I have not hugged a llama today...
Haha.
Well, I couldn't because I don't even have access to one.
They're sooooo cute!
I wish I lived on a farm like yours!
Lydia
Looks like fun - even if they're not crazy about it.
Dan
Awwwww, how sweet.
Look at that loooooooooooooooong neck!
Adorable post :) Llamas are so cuddly! We went hiking with llamas a couple of years ago and I started every day with a llama hug - nothing better.
i wouldn't mess with that tough dude at the end. He looks like he means business.
