This week’s Sunday Stills Challenge is to photograph at least 3 different foods in the picture. My skills photographing food are marginal at best, so I decided to just share one of my favorite fast food meals: A Subway Albuquerque Turkey on Flatbread with Jalapeno Chips, a cookie or two, and a Cherry Coke.
If you’ve never enjoyed an Albuquerque Turkey Sandwich, you’ll have to travel to Albuquerque to try it (and visit me, too). And you won’t see this sandwich on the list of most Subway menus. You’ll have to ask for it by name because it’s a local thing. But the basic ingredients are Turkey, Bacon, Guacamole and Green Chile. Yummo!

Hmm wonder if we can get that in Alamogordo. I'll have to have one of my non vegetarian friends try...
OMG...I LOVE your last post! HOW COOL!!!! I might order some riding tights from that lady, those leopard print ones are too cool!!!!
Could you please send me that meal?
Sounds yummy! looks good too
looks yummy...would be worth the drive
Now that looks really tasty. I started to say that I don't think I've ever seen that on our Subway menu. I wonder if they could make me one here in Texas??? By the way...that's a great food photo!
yummo. I LOOOVE flatbread. I used to get it every time I went to the US and went to a subway. Finally they brought it to Canada.
Well done, ya gotta love the local flavors..:-)
Looks great to me!! :)
Yummo indeed! Looks delish. Not good for my late night cravings.
nice one lisa
i shouldnt be looking at these photos whilst im hungry & waiting for dinner lol
I could go for one of those sandwiches right now! Looks so good, and the green chili makes it. :)
Yummy, love subway. I never used to like guacamole until just recently when the daughter and I went out to lunch and had tortia chips with the dip made with guacamole and I decided that maybe it wasn't half bad!
Let me just say that for someone who has had nothing but liquids since Oct 12....that looks damn good!!!
I will probably never have one, but it sure all looks really good!
MMM that looks so good!
great looking sandwich, but I can't do anything spicey any more!
Subway makes good sandwiches. I went to a restaurant called Buffalo Trails here and had a Turkey and Artichoke sandwich- it was surprisingly good.
I'm sorry, every time I hear "Albuquerque" I think of Lucille Ball!
oh now i'm hungry. since I don't have an albuquerque sandwich and it's too far to drive tonight... I'm going for the Starbucks Java Chip ice cream.
