Hmmmm. My first thought was a broom, but the top doesn't fit with a broom. A soft horse hair brush would be closer to it, but I could also see it being a grown out bridle path turned upside down.
I'm lost! Could it be your specail yarn you have been working with lately?

I really have no idea but the first thing that came to mind was an upside down picture of a mat to wipe your feet on that is frosted up???
