Chicken Combs and Foal Feet

What do Chicken Combs and Foal Feet have in common?

Well, after going back over all of my posts on Blogger for the past 5 1/2 years, I’ve discovered that nifty little column on the right side of our post list that says View Count, and keeps track of all of the views on each post.

Apparently my two blog posts about Chicken Combs and Foal Feet must be very interesting because they had the most views of all of my blog posts.

Feathery Foal Feet had 10,500 views!

Chicken Combs had over 10,300 views!

I just came back from reading about the horse hooves. I think that is the weirdest thing I have ever seen. The really sad part is, when I was younger and in 4-H, one of my projects for one one year was Mare and Foal. My barn had a mare in foal I used for my project and I never learned about this phenomena, and I was there for the birth....No recollection what so ever. hmmmm Other than that, it was truly a great learning experience.

Well that is good! I have been thinking of doing a blog on my weaving but I don't quite have the time to get out and weave enough to warrent blogging about it yet.Soon I hope.

That's interesting. I never looked at my stats but maybe I should. Although, since a mistakenly deleted years of comments I guess it wouldn't be an accurate account for me!

I always wonder if those counts include RSS feed views, because that's how I read most blogs. I don't actually go to the site unless I want to leave a comment. That's a lot of views on those posts.
