Don't let the low price of this 5/8" browband headstall fool you. Circle Y is at it again, giving you a durable product with plenty of options. From the stitched leather to the nickel hardware and chicago screws, this headstall will not only look great on your horse, but it will last. And ...
Good quality, basic and classic.

Cons: no replacement parts
Best Uses: Trail-riding, Western events, Arena riding
Was this a gift?: No
This was my second headstall. I was very happy with my first one and had it for 3 years until my horse stepped on her reins during a rugged trail ride in the mountains and broke the cheek piece. (As you can see from the photo) All I needed was the cheek piece, but unfortunately Circle Y has no options to buy just replacement parts for this particular headstall. Thankfully, a new headstall is affordable and fairly priced, so I just bought a new one. And I'm back on the trails again!

I hate Chicago screws and avoid them at all costs - other than that it looks very nice.
Nice looking headstall; keep the old one and you now have spare parts! Smart girl to carry leather strings in case of breakage!
Oh, and I haven't forgotten I still have your bitless bridle and mounting stirrup. Maybe you have.
