Another Snowy Day

We had some more snow flurries all day. Some of them came down fast and furious. The llamas seem to understand why they can't be let out in the pasture, but are happy to see us when we come up to the barn to feed, water and check on them. They go through alot of hay when they're kept in their pens. Cataleya's hay bin is always the one empty, mostly because Catlinite thinks it's his hay bin, too.

Do you see the llama?Catlinite waiting for his treat of grain. He's such a grain hog. We have to keep an eye on how much we give him so he doesn't get fat.Cataleya saying hello. The view from our barn towards the back of our house.
Happy grain-munching llamas. The heated water buckets are working very nicely, too. It's such a relief knowing that the llamas will always have water and I don't have to get up to the barn every morning just to break ice.Another snowy view into the pasture.Cataleya happy to have her hay bin filled. Munch, munch...Jenna walking back from visiting the horses in our neighbor's barn.
A photo of our chicken coop, not yet completed. If we could have a couple of clear, warm sunny days, it sure would help.
