Chicken Salad

Whenever we have kitchen leftovers or scraps, I give them to our chickens. They go bonkers over whatever yummy things I bring them and within seconds everything is devoured.

The other day, I had blended a nice plate of grated carrots, meatball chunks, peas and couscous when Jeremiah walked by and asked what was on the plate. I told him, "Chicken Salad" and he excitedly reached in for a bite! hehe

It did look pretty yummy. And the chickens absolutely loved it!
