OMG....Poor Sid!!!!
Not only the pressure of having an audience...But having to perform while being video taped too!!!
I hope he never finds out that it was put on the internet for the world to view or he will end up having to go through years of therapy!!!

I felt dirty clicking on the play button! That Sid is a one second wonder, huh? Perhaps he's just practicing the mount?

I dunno I think I saw the hen light up a cigarette afterwards...:) When I saw the title of your post I was smiling before I even clicked on it, I suspected where you were going with this. I think Sid may think now he is a real porn star and may want more video time!

Now you all know what a wicked sense of humor I have, don't you?

Animal antics are terrific fodder for a crazy sense of humor, too. :)

Haha, so what are you going to tell the kids?
BTW- I saw Catlinite do the same thing to Cataleya the other night. About as quick too. ;) And I thought he was gelded!

Ah yes...most fowl are not known for their long lovemaking sessions...lol!!!

Hey, at least your kids are learning about reproduction from you (well not REALLY you, but you know what I mean!!!), and not from their friends!

Isn't farm life great??!!

I had to laugh when I saw that. It brought back a childhood memory for me. As a kid I was always around this sort of thing on our farm but my sister was dating my now brother-in-law who was new to the ways of the farm. He witnessed this one evening and yelled out to my sister in a worried tone "Hey the chickens are fighting". We all burst out laughing all the while poor BIL had this confused look on his face.

That was the most nonshalaunt move I have ever seen!! He was just walking by and then BAM!! That poor hen never even saw it coming. I love the black and white hen that was just looking at them. It was like she was saying, "Uhm..excuse me but that there is my friend and uhm...." Then he was off!! LOL!! Funny!! I love it!!

Haaaaaa! Now you'll get to have some interesting conversations with the kids. Don't forget to check your stats page to see how many sickos hit your blog by accident. You should have seen the stuff when I had pictures of the snakes mating. Eeewww.

Sid!!!! Poor hen! One of our hens is mounting another and pretending it's a rooster...I don't know which one, though, all I see is bare skin on the poor girls!

YourSid has it easy. Our Borneo roosters had to chase the hens all over the yard, then had a hard time mounting, and poor thing, 1/2 sec, it all over.

My sis and I used to wonder why the hens were playing hard to get, why all the chasing?

I don't have chickens now in NZ, the council allows bantam hens, but my husband doesn't allow it.
