And the Winner is......

(The winner gets to keep this little logo award on their blog, if they'd like.)

All the names were placed in a festive bright red basket, for my daughter to draw out the winning 'ticket'. Ta Da!! Can you see the winner's name? (Click on the picture to enlarge it.)

And the winner is Mellimaus of Riding Miss Daisy!!!!

Congratulations Mellimaus!!
With all your snowy cold weather, this cozy hat and scarf set should keep you warm and comfie this winter. Please e-mail me your address: Twinville2@ yahoo.com so I can get this sent out to you.

The other final contest entries are:
CDN Cowgirl of Not Quite Home on the Range
'Nuzzling Muzzles'
Melanie of 'The Knutson's'
Christy of 'Farm Dreams'
Andrea of 'Swamp Suburbia'
'Ezra Pandora'

And they all get a little goodie to place on their blogs, too.

But that's not all.

Because I appreciate each of you for being so supportive, encouraging, and just plain fun, while following along with me these past 27 days, I want to gift each of you with a hat or scarf (my choice), also handmade by me, just to say thank you.

So send me your addresses to my e-mail (Twinville2@ yahoo.com) and I'll get started on these right after Christmas. Thanks again to all of my bloggy friends!

Happy Holidays to all of my wonderful blog readers!

You're so sweet! It was fun. Since it isn't very cold here, you can donate my hat/scarf to someone who needs it. Not that I wouldn't love something made by you, I just wouldn't really have an occasion to use it. Strange thing about me, scarves make me gag, I feel like they are sufficating me, even if I don't wrap them around my neck.

Ha ha! I just realized that I did the contest wrong! I thought I was supposed to list the words I used in my comments, not the words you used in your posts. Oh well. That kind of shows you how sick I've been... either sick or distracted. It's a toss up.

Thanks for including me. I can't believe you are going to make more hats and scarves! That is so nice of you!

Cool!! Congratulations Riding Miss Daisy!! Enjoy your awesomely cool gift :)

Lisa, you are so cool. Anyone around you is lucky to be able to hang out and be your friend. I want to move down there and ride with you :) Although, with my horse, you might not like that so much, lol!

Congratulations Mellimaus!!!
This was sure a fun challenge to participate in! :)
(Let Jenna know that she makes a lovely assistant!) :)

Lisa-
You really don't have to make me a hat or a scarf, but I would love it if you did!!!
You can even make mine last if you want, as I have already received a lovely gift package from you once...does that make me greedy??? LOL!!!

PS-I loved your phrase "...blowing like wild horses." Very poetic indeed, Lisa!! Oh, and I am so glad that I am not the only mom who hates bundling the kidlets up for snow, only to have them come back in and destroy my entry way.

Why does it take so long to get them dressed and undressed in their snow gear anyway??? It's enough to drive a mother insane, I tell ya!!!

Have a warm and cozy day!!!

And Lisa, you are too kind!! I am so excited!! You are the bestest blog friend ever!! And yes, bestest is a word! Okay, maybe it's not, but it probably could pass as a word in the south!! Hee hee!!

I had fun reading along on your ABC challenge. It was great!! Thanks for the good fun!!
