Celebrating the End

Or maybe we’re celebrating the beginning? Either way, we’re glad to close the door on 2009 forever. It’s not been the greatest year for me, by any means. And I know many other blogger pals have had a tough 2009, too.

So imagine my surprise to find Baby Doll up at the barn preparing for the beginning of 2010!

She couldn’t find the New Years’ party hats, so she made do with her old Santa Hat. I think red is her color anyway, don’t you?

She had prepared well, and together we watched the clock tick closer to midnight, waiting for the partying to begin.

It was obvious Baby Doll had already been sipping something a little more festive than water. But she was willing to share with me.

And as the New Year began, we celebrated with dancing!

And some sparklers, too.

We partied all night until the sun began to rise. We were so tired that we couldn’t stop yawning.

We hope you all had a wild and crazy New Years Eve, too. We’ll see you in 2010!

Happy New Year!

we brought in the New Year very quietly, the way we like it. BabbyDoll did it up big though.

To help with the hangover, have Baby Doll drink some Gatorade, and eat lots of carbs!! (That shouldn't be a problem, eh??) The best to you and yours in 2010, Lisa!!! :)

Lisa, Baby Doll is quite the wild child, isn't she! :o)

Panama and I had a somewhat more subdued New Year's celebration... But it was an amazing way to ring in the New Year! I posted about it on my blog if you want to stop by.
