To follow are just a few photos of some of the interesting sights we saw while driving the route from Mora to Guadalupita, with a little visit in Christmas Tree Canyon, so Val could place a letterbox there.
Along the way, I pointed my camera out the window of the car, as we drove by lots of…………………

Great shots! LOVE the lizard!!!
Hava great weekend..:-)
I loved them all but I like the tractor ones, we love john deeres old two cylinders. But for big tractors my hubbies favorite is international!!
No goats? Why don't people love goats? I can't even find a goat crochet pattern that doesn't look stupid.
That lizard picked a rock to climb that most matched his own coloring.
Okay, does anybody else yell, "Mooooooo" when driving by cattle? In this case it would be, "Mooo, Baaaaa, Neeeiiiggghhh".
Lisa, I love when you take us along on your trips. Thanks!
So beautiful. I am FILLED with longing to be there. Bad.. oh I need to live there.
Is that one of those camp places where you lease your space? we went and visited one my cousin leases on the 4th, sure was busy!
Love the tractors with the flags on them!
Wow. I love the country out there! So vast and beautiful.
Great pictures, love the lizard! He does match the rock, how cool!!! Looks like he is saying, "Hi Lisa! Make sure you get my good side!" LOL
Love your road trips!!! I wanna go too.

Nice pictures. Thanks for sharing.

Great photos - My favorite is the lizard!
CeeCee, you are not the only one. Although lately, I'm more prone to shout "Oreo cows!" at the small herd of cows down the road with broad white stripes around their middles(some kind of Scottish breed). I've just got to get a photo of them before their pasture is also bulldozed, for yet another housing development.
Lisa, you know I think you're an incredible photographer, but I simply do NOT believe you shot that lizard as the car zoomed by. ;)
So what kind of lots are for sale? Ones to live on year round or ones to build cabins on?
More prime horseback riding country, and if I could, I would be there in a New York minute...lol!!!!
YThose lots for sale in Christmas Tree Canyon are for sale to build your home or cabin on. There's no camping there. You can live year-round or just fo vacations. It's up to you.
~Lisa
